Poster Presenters

Poster Display Information

Posters will be mounted on display panels in the Foyer of Mezzanine Level 1. Each poster will have a specific board number; which can be found on the Poster Program here. Ensure you affix your poster according to the assigned board number.

Poster Sessions and Presenter Attendance

Wednesday (25 September 2024): 1515 – 1545
Thursday (26 September 2024): 1520 – 1545

Poster Board Access and Affixing

Presenters need to adhere the poster to the poster board by morning tea on Tuesday, 24 September 2024 and retrieve their poster after the last session on Thursday, 26 September 2024. Uncollected posters will be disposed of.
We will be using display boards that will require either velcro dots or blue tac. We will have a limited supply of each on site.

Poster Format

Ensure your poster is in portrait orientation and does not exceed A0 size (1189mm high x 841mm wide).
